NHR 9300-400 High-Voltage Battery Test System

The highly advanced NH Research NHR 9300-400 High-Voltage Battery Test System is made for demanding testing in the automotive, aerospace, energy, and industrial domains. This system is widely used by OEMs, Tier 1-3 manufacturers, universities, government agencies, and testing facilities worldwide.

With a maximum current capacity of 1332A at 600V and ±668A at 1200V, the NHR 9300-400 has a strong 400kW power output. It can be used in a variety of test scenarios because it supports numerous working states, such as Charge (Source), Discharge (Load), Standby, and Battery Emulation. Together with trip point limits for voltage, current, and power with configurable time delays, the system provides set point limitations in Constant-Voltage (CV), Constant-Current (CC), Constant-Power (CP), and Series Resistance (CR) modes.

The device is equipped with extensive charging and discharging envelopes, spanning from 0-600V/±333A and 0-1200V/±167A for charging, to 30-600V/±333A and 60-1200V/±167A for discharging, thereby catering to an extensive array of battery examination requirements. Its 78 x 28 x 39-inch (1981 x 711 x 991 mm) cabinet offers a small-sized but effective testing platform.

Offering power configurations ranging from 100kW to 2.4MW, the NHR 9300-400 excels in scalability and adaptability. It may be used with both low-power and high-power applications thanks to its dual voltage range of 600V and 1200V. With the installation of additional 100kW cabinets, the system may operate synchronously and provide up to 2.4MW/8000A of capacity for higher power and current capacities.
